Locate the nearest bus stop in Downtown Erie. You can take the Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority (EMTA) bus route 1 or 3. Board the bus heading toward West 38th Street. The fare is $1.50 for a single ride. Once you reach the stop at West 38th Street, walk about 0.1 miles east to the entrance of the zoo at 423 W 38th St.
