From downtown Lancaster, head to the Lancaster Transport Center at 52 N Prince St. Take the Red Rose Transit Route 8 bus towards Willow Street. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to 1849 Hans Herr Dr. From there, walk south on Hans Herr Dr for about 5 minutes to reach the 1719 Museum.

Head south on S Prince St towards E King St. Turn left onto E King St and continue until it merges into Route 272. Follow Route 272 south for about 6 miles until you reach Willow Street. Turn right onto Hans Herr Dr and the museum will be on your left after approximately 0.5 miles.

If you are feeling adventurous and want to walk, start from central Lancaster. Head south on S Prince St until you reach E King St. Turn left and walk east until you reach the intersection with Route 272. Continue walking south along Route 272 for about 6 miles. When you reach Willow Street, turn right onto Hans Herr Dr and after about 0.5 miles, you will find the 1719 Museum on your left.
