Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Pennsylvania Convention Center, exit onto Arch Street. Head east on Arch Street towards 11th Street. Turn left onto 11th Street and continue walking until you reach Market Street. Turn right onto Market Street and keep walking until you reach City Hall. The City Hall Visitor Center is located at 1400 John F Kennedy Blvd, Room 121, inside the building. It’s directly across from City Hall, which is a recognizable landmark.

  • Public Transportation (SEPTA)

    If you are near the 69th Street Terminal, take the Market-Frankford Line (Blue Line) towards Frankford. Disembark at the 15th Street Station. Once you exit the station, head towards City Hall, which will be visible. Walk to the entrance of the City Hall Visitor Center located at 1400 John F Kennedy Blvd, Room 121, just a short distance from the station.

  • Subway

    If you are near the Walnut-Locust station, take the Broad Street Line (Orange Line) towards North Philadelphia. Get off at City Hall Station. From the station, exit towards the City Hall and walk towards 1400 John F Kennedy Blvd, Room 121, which is located within the City Hall building.

    If you are at 69th Street Terminal, catch the Route 11, 13 or 34 bus heading towards the city. Get off at the City Hall stop. You will find City Hall Visitor Center at 1400 John F Kennedy Blvd, Room 121, which is easily accessible from the bus stop.
