If you're starting from the Philadelphia International Airport, take the Airport Line train to the 69th Street Terminal. From there, transfer to the Market-Frankford Line (blue line) heading towards Frankford. Get off at the 15th Street Station. Once you exit the station, walk west on Market Street for two blocks until you reach City Hall, located at 1400 John F Kennedy Blvd.

From the Reading Terminal Market, you can catch the Route 17 bus. Board the bus at the stop on 12th Street. Stay on the bus for about 5 stops, then get off at the City Hall stop. City Hall will be right in front of you at 1400 John F Kennedy Blvd.

If you are near Rittenhouse Square, start at the park and head northeast on Walnut Street. Continue straight until you reach Broad Street. Turn left on Broad Street and walk north for about 6 blocks. Turn right on John F Kennedy Blvd, and you will see Philadelphia City Hall at 1400 John F Kennedy Blvd.
