From the South Side area, head north on S 18th St towards East Carson St. Turn left onto East Carson St and walk until you reach the Smithfield St Bridge. Cross the bridge, and you will find yourself in the Downtown area of Pittsburgh. Once you are on the other side, continue straight until you reach Fourth Avenue.
