Walking
From the Strip District, head south on Smallman Street towards Liberty Avenue. Continue on Smallman Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach Liberty Avenue. Turn left onto Liberty Avenue, and walk for another 0.2 miles. You will then approach Sixth Avenue. Turn right onto Sixth Avenue, and Mellon Square will be on your left at the intersection of Sixth Avenue and Smithfield Street.

Public Transportation (Bus)
If you prefer taking public transportation, you can catch the Port Authority's bus service. From the Strip District, walk to the nearest bus stop on Liberty Avenue (located near the intersection with Smallman Street). Take bus route 71, 74, or 75 heading towards Downtown Pittsburgh. After a short ride of approximately 10 minutes, get off at the Smithfield Street stop. From there, walk one block northwest on Smithfield Street to reach Mellon Square at the intersection with Sixth Avenue. Please note that a one-way bus fare is $2.75.
