You will pass by several other beaches on your left. Look for the sign for Beach 6 on your left. The parking lot for Beach 6 is easily accessible from Peninsula Drive.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take the Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority (EMTA) bus service that operates routes around the city of Erie. Check the EMTA schedule for the bus that heads towards Presque Isle State Park. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you may need to walk or transfer to another bus that services the park. Walk along Peninsula Drive towards Beach 6, which is approximately a 30-minute walk from the entrance. Keep an eye out for the Beach 6 sign on the left side as you approach.
Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, consider renting a bicycle to explore the park. Rent a bike from local rental shops in Erie. Once you have your bike, cycle to Presque Isle State Park via Peninsula Drive. The ride is scenic and should take around 15-20 minutes. Upon entering the park, follow the bike path along Peninsula Drive until you see the sign for Beach 6 on your left. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow all bike safety rules.
Walking
