    If you are starting from the Reading Public Library located at 100 S 5th St, Reading, PA 19602, exit the library and head north on S 5th St. Continue straight until you reach Penn St. Turn left onto Penn St and walk for about 0.5 miles. You will pass several shops and restaurants. When you reach N 11th St, turn right. City Park will be located at the corner of Washington St & N 11th St.
