If you are in downtown Reading, start at the Reading Public Library located at 100 S 5th St, Reading, PA 19602. Head south on S 5th St toward Washington St. Turn left onto Washington St, and continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach S 2nd St. Turn right onto S 2nd St and walk for another 0.5 miles. You will then turn left onto Museum Rd. Continue walking for about 0.2 miles and you will arrive at the Neag Planetarium located at 500 Museum Rd, Reading, PA 19611.

From the Reading Area Community College (located at 10 S 2nd St, Reading, PA 19601), walk to the nearest bus stop at 2nd and Washington. Take the BARTA bus route 1 towards the Reading Public Museum. The bus will take you directly to the stop near the museum. After getting off, you will be only a short walk (about 0.1 miles) to the Neag Planetarium at 500 Museum Rd.
