Start at the Reading Public Library located at 100 S 5th St, Reading, PA 19602. Head south on S 5th St toward Washington St. Continue straight onto S 6th St. Turn left onto Penn St. Walk east until you reach the Reading City Hall at 815 Washington St. From City Hall, continue east on Washington St until you reach the intersection with S 14th St. Turn left onto S 14th St and walk until you reach the intersection with Neversink Mountain Rd. Turn right onto Neversink Mountain Rd and walk for about 1.5 miles, following the road as it winds uphill. Witches Hat will be on your left, located at 1996 Neversink Mountain Rd.

To reach Witches Hat using public transit, start at the Reading Bus Terminal located at 5th & Franklin St. Take the Route 18 bus towards the Neversink area. Ride for approximately 20 minutes and get off at the stop near Neversink Mountain Rd. From the bus stop, walk north along Neversink Mountain Rd for about 0.5 miles. Witches Hat will be on your right at 1996 Neversink Mountain Rd.
