    If you are starting from the Reading Public Library located at 100 S 5th St, head north on S 5th St toward Franklin St. After about 0.4 miles, turn left onto Washington St. Continue walking for about 0.3 miles, and you will arrive at City Park, located at the intersection of Washington St and N 11th St.

    From the Reading Terminal Market at 400 Franklin St, exit the market and walk east on Franklin St. Then, turn left onto N 5th St and walk for about 0.5 miles. Turn right onto Washington St and continue for another 0.2 miles until you reach City Park at Washington St and N 11th St.

    If you are at the Berks County Courthouse, you can take the BARTA bus route 1. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop and ride for about 10 minutes. Get off at the stop for Washington St & N 11th St. From there, City Park is just a short walk away.
