If you are in downtown Reading, start at City Hall located at 815 Washington St. Head west on Washington St toward 8th St for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Penn St. Turn left onto Penn St and continue for another 0.3 miles. You will pass several shops and eateries. When you reach the intersection with 5th St, continue straight onto 5th St. Continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Franklin St. Turn right onto Franklin St and walk about 0.2 miles until you reach the entrance to the Pagoda, which is located on Duryea Dr.

Public Transit
From the Reading Public Library at 100 S 5th St, walk to the nearest bus stop on 5th St. Take the BARTA bus route 14 towards 'Pagoda.' This bus will take you directly to the Pagoda area. The journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you get off the bus, it is a short walk uphill to reach the Pagoda.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in downtown Reading. Start at the Reading Public Museum and head north on Museum Rd. Take a right onto Route 183, continuing until you reach the intersection with Duryea Dr. Turn left onto Duryea Dr and bike up the hill for about 0.5 miles to reach the Pagoda. The ride offers beautiful views of the city.
