Start your journey at the Reading Public Library located at 100 S 5th St, Reading, PA 19602. Head southwest on S 5th St towards Washington St. After a short walk, turn left onto Washington St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with S 4th St. Here, turn right onto S 4th St. Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the corner with Penn St. Turn left onto Penn St. Continue walking until you see the entrance to the Riverwalk Park on your right. Enter the park and follow the path along the river. After approximately 15 minutes, you will come across the Skew Arch Bridge, which is located near the park's end.

Begin at the Reading City Hall located at 815 Washington St, Reading, PA 19601. Walk to the nearest bus stop at 8th & Washington St. Board the BARTA bus route 1 towards the 'Reading Area Community College'. Stay on the bus for 5 stops, approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Riverwalk Park' stop. From the bus stop, walk east into the park and follow the path along the river. The Skew Arch Bridge will be at the end of the trail.
