If you are driving from the central area of Ancash, head north on Avenida 28 de Julio toward Avenida José Pardo. Continue straight onto Avenida Enrique Meiggs, which will merge into Panamericana Sur (also known as Route 1). Follow this route for approximately 40 kilometers. Take the exit toward Chimbote and continue on the local roads until you reach Isla Blanca Boulevard located at W9GX+QHJ, Chimbote 02803. Parking is available nearby.

Upon arrival in Chimbote, you can either take a taxi directly to Isla Blanca Boulevard or use local buses. If you choose a taxi, expect to pay around 15-20 PEN for the ride. If opting for a local bus, board one heading to the 'Plaza de Armas' area and disembark at the closest stop to the boulevard, then walk approximately 10 minutes to reach Isla Blanca Boulevard.
