Snowy Mateo - Cordillera Blanca Expedition
Unforgettable
Incredible service, cordial and super attentive all the time. I ⁇ the trip to Mateo, an unforgettable experience that I will keep forever. It is a relatively heavy ride and I do not recommend doing the day after Laguna 69 (I do not regret, but I was definitely tired kkkk). Definitely needs prior acclimatization. 5000m is not a joke and you can go wrong to underestimate yourself. Give it a few days before you climb the Nevado. The Scheler Hostel is also super cool and is in an excellent area of Huaraz for being quieter and quieter, with no noise at night.
