Our trip was very smooth, from start to finish! It was the trip of a lifetime!! Fredy & his team ensured that we were well care of (pampered even)!! Fredy was extremely knowledgeable & responsive! He handled the logistics for all 10 people traveling - even though we had 4 different itineraries - flawlessly! They always responded very quickly - especially as our trip date got closer & we needed quick responses. Their customer service is top-notch! It was a truly unique and unforgettable experience. David is a knowledgeable and experienced guide, extremely attentive to detail and always ready to share interesting anecdotes. He is also passionate about nature and birdlife, so he enriched me not only with the history of the places we visited, but also with insights into the typical flora and fauna of Peru. His passion and love for what he does clearly shine through in his storytelling. Both stays with the two families were impeccable: they were caring and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the hospitality was genuine and warm. I had the opportunity to take part in their daily activities, listen to their stories, and prepare traditional dishes with them, such as tamales. On both occasions, the room was cozy and the bed very comfortable. The private transportation service was also punctual and flawless. The stay at Mamita Nati’s home was truly delightful. She prepared fantastic dishes using products from her own harvest, such as potatoes and quinoa, and for breakfast she made the best corn pancakes I have ever had in my life. She made my stay even more authentic and special, sharing her traditions and warmth in such a natural and generous way.
