From the main plaza (Plaza de Armas) in Arequipa, walk to the bus stop near the Plaza. Look for buses heading towards Yarabamba. You can ask locals for the specific bus number, which might be number 2 or 3. The fare is usually around 1-2 soles. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you want to get off at Cataratas de Sogay. After approximately 30-45 minutes, the bus will drop you off near the entrance to the waterfalls.

You can hail a taxi from anywhere in Arequipa. Simply ask the driver to take you to Cataratas de Sogay in Yarabamba. The journey will take around 30 minutes, and the fare should be negotiated beforehand, usually around 20-30 soles. Make sure to have the address ready: 'CHHP+PQW, Hacia Cataratas de Sogay, Yarabamba'.
