If you are starting from the Plaza de Armas in Arequipa, head east on Calle Mercaderes towards the intersection with Avenida La Marina. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle San Francisco. Turn left onto Calle San Francisco and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle Melgar. Turn right onto Calle Melgar, and you will find the Museum of Virreinal Art Santa Teresa at number 303 on your left.
