If you are starting from the Plaza de Armas, head north on Calle San Francisco until you reach the intersection with Avenida La Paz. Turn left onto Avenida La Paz and continue straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. When you reach the intersection with Melgar, turn right. The Museum of Virreinal Art Santa Teresa will be on your right at Melgar 303.

From the Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenida La Paz. Take any bus heading towards the 'Cerro Colorado' area. Inform the driver you want to get off at Melgar. After about 10-15 minutes, get off at the stop closest to Melgar. Walk a short distance down Melgar, and you will find the Museum of Virreinal Art Santa Teresa at number 303.
