If you are starting from the Plaza de Armas in Arequipa, head south on Calle Santa Catalina. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle La Merced, then turn right. Walk for about two blocks until you reach the Plaza de San Francisco. From there, continue walking straight on Calle San Francisco, which will eventually turn into Avenida La Paz. After about 10 minutes, you will arrive at the intersection with Calle Recoleta. Turn left onto Calle Recoleta and walk for another 5 minutes until you see Monasterio y Museo de la Recoleta on your right at La Recoleta 117.
