Getting There

Public Bus
From the main plaza (Plaza de Armas) of Arequipa, walk to the bus station located a few blocks northeast near Calle Santa Catalina. Look for the buses heading towards 'Cerro Colorado' or 'Canteras'. The fare is usually around 1 Sol. Once on the bus, inform the driver you are going to Ruta del Sillar. The bus will drop you off near the entrance of the attraction. From there, it's a short walk to the main area.

Taxi
You can hail a taxi from anywhere in Arequipa. Make sure to negotiate the fare before getting in or ask the driver to use the meter. Tell the driver you want to go to 'Ruta del Sillar' in Canteras Añashuayco, Cerro Colorado. The ride should take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
