From the main square (Plaza de Armas) in Ayacucho, head southeast along Jr. de la Unión street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. 28 de Julio. Turn left on Av. 28 de Julio. Walk for about 5 blocks until you reach Jr. Tupac Amaru. Turn right onto Jr. Tupac Amaru. Arco Puca Cruz will be on your left at Jr. Tupac Amaru 102.
