Car
From the city center of Cajamarca, head southeast on Av. Atahualpa towards Jirón Vallehermoso. Continue straight onto Av. La Cultura, which will merge into Av. José de la Riva Agüero. Drive for about 15 minutes, following the signs towards the archaeological site of Kuntur Wasi. The site is located at Jiron Contumaza 439, 06420. There is a small parking area near the entrance.
Public Transportation
From the main square (Plaza de Armas) in Cajamarca, look for a 'combi' (shared minibus) heading towards the 'Los Baños del Inca' area. The fare is approximately 1.5 soles. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Jiron Contumaza 439. Once you get off, it will be about a 10-minute walk to the entrance of Kuntur Wasi.
Taxi
You can also take a taxi directly to Kuntur Wasi from any point in Cajamarca. The ride should cost around 10-15 soles depending on your starting point. Make sure to confirm the price before getting in. The driver can drop you off right at the entrance located at Jiron Contumaza 439.
