If you are driving, start from Callao and head towards Lima. Follow Av. La Marina and then merge onto Av. Brasil. Continue on Av. Brasil until you reach the intersection with Av. 28 de Julio. Turn right onto Av. 28 de Julio and then take the first left onto Jirón de la Unión. The Letrero gigante de Lima is located at Jirón de la Unión cdra. 3, Lima 15001. There is usually street parking available, but be mindful of parking regulations.
