Car
If you're traveling by car, start your journey in Chivay. Drive towards the Hot Springs La Calera, which is approximately 3 kilometers from Chivay town center. Follow the signs for 'Baños Termales La Calera'. Once you reach the hot springs, look for signs directing you to the Colca Zip-Lining area, which is adjacent to the hot springs. Parking is available on-site.
Public Transportation
To reach Colca Zip-Lining via public transportation, take a local bus from Chivay to the Hot Springs La Calera. Buses typically leave from the main bus terminal in Chivay and cost around 5-10 PEN. The ride takes about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at the hot springs, look for directional signs to the zip-lining area, which is just a short walk from the bus stop.
Walking
If you are already at the Hot Springs La Calera, simply walk towards the zip-lining area. It’s a short, easy walk of about 10 minutes from the hot springs. Follow the path leading away from the thermal pools, and you will find the zip-lining entrance marked with signs.
