If you are driving from Colca Canyon, head south on the main road (Route 34A) towards the town of Chivay. From Chivay, continue driving south to the town of Arequipa. Once in Arequipa, take Route 34 to reach the intersection with Route 30A. Follow Route 30A towards Cotahuasi. The road is winding and can be challenging, so drive carefully.
