Car
From Cusco, head southeast on Av. de la Cultura toward Av. Los Incas. Continue on this road, which becomes the PE-3S highway. After approximately 30 km, take the exit toward Huaro. Follow the signs to Huaro, and once you reach the town, look for signs to Mirador Cielo Punku. The final stretch involves a short drive up a dirt road leading to the mirador. Parking is available near the viewpoint.

Take a bus from Cusco to Huaro. Buses leave from the main bus terminal in Cusco, and the fare is usually around 5-10 soles. The journey takes about 1-1.5 hours.
