From Cusco City, head south on the Avenida de la Cultura, then take the road towards Sayhuite. Continue on this road for about 50 km until you reach the town of Pitumarca. Once in Pitumarca, follow the signs to Montanha Colorida (Rainbow Mountain). The last stretch of the drive is a dirt road, so ensure your vehicle can handle it. Parking is available near the trailhead.

From the main bus terminal in Cusco, take a bus to Pitumarca. The journey takes approximately 2 to 3 hours, and buses run regularly throughout the day.
