Start from Plaza de Armas, the main square in Cusco. Walk towards the northeast exit of the plaza onto Calle del Sol. Continue straight until you reach Avenida El Sol. Turn left onto Avenida El Sol and walk until you reach the intersection with Avenida Independencia. Turn right onto Avenida Independencia and keep walking until you see the signs for Sacsayhuaman. Follow the signs uphill until you reach the entrance to Sacsayhuaman. From there, you will see signs directing you to the Cusco Planetarium, located about a 15-minute walk from the entrance of Sacsayhuaman.

From Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenida El Sol. Look for a bus heading towards Sacsayhuaman or any bus that states 'Puca Pucara' or 'Tambomachay'. You’ll need to walk back down the road towards the entrance of the Sacsayhuaman archaeological site, then follow the path leading to the Cusco Planetarium.
