From the Plaza de Armas, head southeast on Avenida del Sol. Continue straight for about 5 blocks until you reach the intersection with Avenida Pardo. Turn left onto Avenida Pardo and walk straight for approximately 3 blocks. You will see the statue of the Inca on your right. Continue walking straight until you reach Sta. Teresa Street. Turn right onto Sta. Teresa and walk a short distance; the Palacio de la Municipalidad Provincial del Cusco will be on your left at number 301.

From Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenida del Sol. Take any bus heading towards the city center (look for buses marked 'Centro'). After about 5-10 minutes, get off at the stop near Plaza San Francisco. From there, walk east on Calle San Francisco until you reach Sta. Teresa Street. Turn left onto Sta. Teresa and walk straight for about 2 blocks; the Palacio de la Municipalidad Provincial del Cusco will be on your left at number 301.
