From the Plaza de Armas, head east on Avenida El Sol. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Avenida Pardo. Turn right onto Avenida Pardo and walk for another 500 meters. You will see signs for Puka Pukara on your left. Follow the signs to the entrance of the archaeological complex.

From Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearby bus stop at Avenida El Sol. Take any bus heading towards Sacsayhuamán. After approximately 15 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at the Puka Pukara stop. Once you disembark, walk back about 200 meters; the entrance to Puka Pukara will be on your right.
