Walking
If you are starting from the Plaza de Armas, head southeast on Calle del Medio. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. El Sol. Turn left onto Av. El Sol and walk until you reach the intersection with Av. de la Cultura. Turn right onto Av. de la Cultura and continue walking for about 1 km. You will see a large sign that says 'Letrero de bienvenida a Cuzco' on your left side. It is a famous landmark and a great photo opportunity!
Public Transport (Bus)
From the Plaza de Armas, walk to Calle Mantas to catch a bus heading towards Av. de la Cultura. Board any bus that indicates it is going in the direction of the airport or to the outskirts of Cusco. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the 'Letrero de bienvenida a Cuzco'. It should take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you get off, the sign will be a short walk away.
Taxi (or Ride-sharing Service)
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi or use a ride-sharing app. From the Plaza de Armas, tell the driver to take you to 'Letrero de bienvenida a Cuzco'. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off near the entrance, and you can easily walk to the sign.
