Public Transport - Bus
From the main plaza of Huancayo (Plaza de la Constitución), walk to the nearby bus terminal located on Avenida Ferrocarril. Look for a bus heading towards 'El Tambo' or 'Huancayo - El Tambo'. These buses frequently run and will drop you off near the intersection of Avenida Ferrocarril and Orquidea Street. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you disembark, walk towards Orquidea Street, and you will find the entrance to Puentes Colgantes (Parque) on Orquidea 12.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of the Plaza de la Constitución, you can walk to Puentes Colgantes (Parque). Head east on Calle Real until you reach Avenida Ferrocarril. Turn right and walk until you find Orquidea Street. Turn left on Orquidea and walk straight for a few minutes. You will reach Puentes Colgantes (Parque) at Orquidea 12. The walk will take approximately 25-30 minutes.
Taxi
You can easily hail a taxi from anywhere in Huancayo. Simply tell the driver 'Puentes Colgantes en Orquidea 12'. The taxi will take you directly to the park. It should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic conditions. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand or ensure the meter is running.
