Walking
If you are in the main square, Plaza de la Constitución, head east on Avenida 28 de Julio. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Ferrocarril. Turn left on Avenida Ferrocarril and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Uruguay. Turn right on Calle Uruguay, and you will find Tupac Amaru Park at Uruguay 691 on your left side.

Find a nearby minibus or mototaxi stop. Board a minibus heading towards 'Huancayo Centro' or ask for a mototaxi that will take you to 'Uruguay'. Inform the driver to drop you off at Uruguay 691. From there, you can easily walk to the entrance of Tupac Amaru Park.
