Once you arrive at the Chavín de Huantar bus stop, you can ask locals for directions to the Chavín National Museum, which is located about 2km from the bus station.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Huaraz to Chavín de Huantar. Negotiate a fare with the driver before you start your journey. The taxi ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at Chavín de Huantar, you can ask the driver to drop you off directly at the Chavín National Museum.
