Walking
From Plaza de Armas in Huaraz, head south on Avenida Luzuriaga. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Jr. Simón Bolívar. Turn left onto Jr. Simón Bolívar. Continue walking along Jr. Simón Bolívar for approximately 600 meters. El Tío Enrique will be on your left at Jr. Simón Bolívar 572.
Public Transportation
From Plaza de Armas, look for a shared taxi or 'mototaxi' heading towards the 'Cercado de Huaraz' area. Tell the driver you want to go to Jr. Simón Bolívar. The ride should take about 10–15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, get off at Jr. Simón Bolívar and walk about 100 meters. El Tío Enrique will be on your left at Jr. Simón Bolívar 572.
