If you are in Centro, start at the main square, Plaza de Armas. From there, head east along Calle Putumayo for about 3 blocks until you reach the intersection with Huallaga Street. Turn left onto Huallaga Street and continue walking for about 2 blocks. You will see Plaza 28 De Julio on your right at the intersection of Huallaga and C. San Martin. It should take you around 10-15 minutes to walk.

For a quicker option, you can take a mototaxi. Look for a mototaxi stand near Plaza de Armas. Negotiate the fare (usually around 3-5 soles) with the driver and tell them you want to go to Plaza 28 De Julio, located at the intersection of Huallaga and C. San Martin. The ride should take approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Centro. Start from the Plaza de Armas, head east along Calle Putumayo, and then turn left onto Huallaga Street.
