Jose! Wonderful guide. The market is HUGE so having a tour with someone who knows where to go to see what, was pretty nice. The section with medicinal plants, powders, tonics etc. is really cool

The best value for an introduction to the Iquitos area
I wish I had booked this for the first day we arrived rather than going on our own. Miguel was so informative about the history of the area. His English is perfect and he was open to answering any question we had. The first portion of our tour was a walking tour where we walked the malecón up to Belen Market. Then he had the perfect spot to fish for piranha. We caught a dozen red bellied piranha.

We loved both the accommodation and the tours. The guides Eliseo and Claus are very friendly and very patient to work with children. They have a lot of knowledge. The accommodation is very comfortable, the food very rich. Canopy is a lot of fun.
