If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Puno. Head southeast on Av. El Sol toward Av. 28 de Julio. Continue straight onto Av. Simón Bolívar, which will take you to the outskirts of the city. Follow signs for Barrio Porteño. As you enter the neighborhood, look for Pje. Porteño on your right. Turn into Pje. Porteño and look for number 497; Titicaca View is located here. Parking may be available on the street.
