If you're traveling by car from Puno, head northwest on Avenida El Sol towards Avenida 28 de Julio. Continue on Avenida 28 de Julio until you reach the junction with the Pan-American Highway (Carretera Panamericana). Turn left onto the highway and follow the signs towards Juliaca. After approximately 35 kilometers, take the exit towards the town of Huacullani. Continue through Huacullani for about 15 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Reserva Nacional Titicaca, located at Pasaje 2 de Febrero N° 154. Make sure to have cash handy for the entrance fee, which is approximately 10 soles.
