Public Transportation
From your current location in Lares Trek, take a minibus heading to Cusco. The minibuses typically depart from the main square or designated bus stops in Lares. Once you arrive in Cusco, head to the Plaza de Armas and look for the direction signs towards Centro Histórico. Walk towards C. Maruri, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the Plaza de Armas. Kusicancha is located at C. Maruri 324, and you should see it on your left.
Car
If you are driving, start from Lares Trek and take the road towards Urubamba. Follow the signs to Cusco, which is about a 3-hour drive. Once you reach Cusco, navigate towards the Plaza de Armas. From there, take Calle del Ejército and continue straight until you reach C. Maruri. Turn left on C. Maruri, and Kusicancha will be located at number 324 on your right.
