Delicious and informative!
Alejandro helped us make the most of our time in Lima by taking us through town and giving us an incredible sampling of delicious cuisine. Peru has an infusion of many cultures in the flavors of its dishes and Alejandro's expertise as a chef shines through. He walks us through town but also through history. Highly recommended!

Miraflores Lima: Cooking Class Ceviche, Tartar & Pisco Sour
An unforgettable afternoon!
This experience surprised me a lot! Not only do you learn about food, but about Peruvian culture in general... José Antonio and Mariale explain you about the three regions as you taste totally exotic fruits ... They produce their own pisco and have totally interesting flavors (10 different) The ceviche , the best in Lima by far... The class is super casual, Jose Antonio is a great chef!
