If you're starting from the Miraflores district, head to the nearest bus stop on Avenida José Larco. Take the Metropolitano bus towards 'Naranjal' and get off at the 'Javier Prado' station. Walk east along Avenida Nicolás de Piérola for about 10 minutes until you reach the Basílica and Convent of San Francisco, located on Jr. Lampa.

From the 'Estación 28 de Julio' on Line 1 of the Lima Metro, take the train towards 'Villa El Salvador'. Get off at 'Civic Center' station. Exit the station and walk north towards Plaza San Martín. From there, continue east along Avenida Nicolás de Piérola for about 10 minutes. The Basílica and Convent of San Francisco will be on your right on Jr. Lampa.
