Walking
From the entrance of Machu Picchu, walk towards the main entrance gate. Once you exit the gate, turn right and follow the path leading into Aguas Calientes. Continue straight along Avenida Pachacutec until you reach the Plaza de Aguas Calientes, which is the central square. From the Plaza, take the road to the left, Avenida Imperio de los Incas, and walk approximately 10 minutes. Cusco Tours is located at Imperio de los Incas 624, just a short distance from the plaza.

Bus
After visiting Machu Picchu, return to the main entrance and board the bus back down to Aguas Calientes. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Aguas Calientes, exit the terminal and walk straight towards Plaza de Aguas Calientes. From the plaza, head left onto Avenida Imperio de los Incas and continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach Cusco Tours at Imperio de los Incas 624.
