If you are traveling by car, start from the main entrance of Tambopata National Reserve, located in the town of Puerto Maldonado. Head southwest on Av. Jorge Chavez, continuing onto the road that leads you toward the reserve. Follow the signs for Quebrada Honda, which is approximately 30 kilometers from Puerto Maldonado. The roads can be bumpy, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Look for the coordinates -13.235111, -70.3562656 to guide you to the exact location.

Public Transportation

To reach Quebrada Honda via public transportation, take a colectivo (shared taxi) or bus from Puerto Maldonado to the Tambopata National Reserve.
