If you are staying in the central area of Puno, head towards Plaza de Armas. From the Plaza, walk south along Avenida El Sol for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Jr. Independencia. Turn left onto Jr. Independencia and continue walking for another 3 minutes. Arco Deustua will be on your right at Jr. Independencia 415.

You can take a local combi (shared minivan) from the Plaza de Armas heading towards the suburb of Independencia. Board any combi that has 'Independencia' displayed. After approximately 10 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at Jr. Independencia. From there, walk a short distance down the street, and you will see Arco Deustua at Jr. Independencia 415.

Flag down a taxi from your location in Puno. Tell the driver you want to go to 'Arco Deustua' or provide the address 'Jr. Independencia 415'. The ride should take around 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before you start your journey.
