If you are traveling by car, start from the city center of Puno. Head southeast on Av. La Torre towards Av. 2 de Mayo. Continue straight for about 4 km until you reach the intersection with the road to Juliaca (Route 3S). Turn left onto Route 3S and drive for approximately 20 km. After this distance, look for signs indicating Mirador Señor de Vizcachuni. Turn left at the sign and follow the road until you reach the mirador. Ensure you have a map or GPS as the road can be winding and may not be well-marked in some areas.

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from the main bus terminal in Puno to Juliaca. The buses, which leave frequently, cost around 10-15 PEN (Peruvian Soles) for the journey. Once you arrive in Juliaca, you will need to take a taxi to reach the Mirador. This taxi ride will cost approximately 30-40 PEN. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey. The driver will be familiar with the location of Mirador Señor de Vizcachuni, so you can show them the address (5XFG+7HP, Puno 21001) for clarity.
