From the main square of Puno (Plaza de Armas), head southeast along Av. El Sol. Continue straight for about 5 blocks until you reach Jr. Ayacucho. Turn left onto Jr. Ayacucho and walk for about 2 blocks. The Puno Cathedral will be on your right at Jr. Ayacucho 416.

If you prefer a quicker route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Puno. Just tell the driver 'Puno Cathedral' or provide them with the address: Jr. Ayacucho 416. Taxis are readily available around the Plaza de Armas and will get you there in about 5 minutes, depending on traffic.
