Walking

If you are starting from the main square (Plaza de Armas) in Puno, head towards Avenida Lima and walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida Costanera. Turn left onto Avenida Costanera and continue walking along the lakefront. After approximately 10 minutes, you will see a sign for Mirador del Titikaka on your right. Follow the path uphill; it may take another 10-15 minutes to reach the viewpoint.
Public Transport (Minibus)

From the Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearby minibus stop located on Avenida Lima. Look for a minibus heading towards 'Alto Puno.' Board the bus and inform the driver that you want to go to Mirador del Titikaka. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Once you get off at the designated stop, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the entrance of the mirador, which is a short walk uphill.
Taxi (shared or private)
