If you are starting from Plaza de Armas, head northwest towards Avenida Lima. Walk along Avenida Lima until you reach the intersection with Jr. Independencia. Turn left onto Jr. Independencia and continue walking for about 10 minutes. Arco Deustua will be on your right, marked by its iconic arch structure.

From the Puno Train Station, exit the station and head southeast on Avenida El Sol. Continue straight for approximately 15 minutes until you reach Plaza de Armas. From Plaza de Armas, follow the previous instructions to reach Arco Deustua.

If you are near the main bus terminal in Puno, look for minibuses heading to the city center. Get on a bus that says 'Centro' or 'Plaza de Armas'. Once you arrive at Plaza de Armas, follow the walking directions provided above to reach Arco Deustua.
