Walking
If you are in the city center of Puno, start at the Plaza de Armas, which is the main square. From the Plaza, head south on Avenida 28 de Julio for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenida El Sol. Turn left onto Avenida El Sol and continue walking for approximately 300 meters. You will see Pino Park on your right side at the address Puno 21001. The park is a well-known landmark in the area.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From the Plaza de Armas, you can take a local minibus (also known as 'colectivo') that is heading towards the outskirts of Puno. Look for a bus with a sign indicating 'Urb Barrio Central' or similar. The fare is usually around 1-2 soles. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Pino Park. The bus will drop you off near the park, and you can walk a short distance to reach the entrance.
